The Applied Management Intelligence (AMI) Certification is the professional qualification system of the Global Ethical Management Standards (GEMS).

to receive information about the certification process, requirements, and study materials relevant to their chosen AMI-AML Certification level.
Upon registration, participants will receive official guidance on completing the required Certification Assignment corresponding to their level of Certification.
Evaluation and Credential Confirmation
After submission of the Certification Assignment, the GEMS Council for Ethical Competence (GCEC) will conduct a formal evaluation based on the Global Ethical Management Standards (GEMS) and the criteria of the selected certification level.
Successful candidates will receive official confirmation of their achievement and the issuance of a GEMS-AMI Certificate, recognizing their verified competence in ethical and data-driven management.
Professional Commitment and Continuing Recognition
Newly Certified Managers formally affirm their adherence to the Global Ethical Management Standards (GEMS) as part of their professional commitment to integrity, transparency, and accountability.
There is no recertification requirement, provided that the Certified Manager:
Remains subscribed to the AMI Professional Newsletter,
Continues to engage in ongoing professional development through reading and applying the materials provided, and
Demonstrates continuous adherence to GEMS principles within their professional practice.
